Vitamins are vital resource required for life and were originally thought to be amines. Although no all vitamins are amines, all natural vitamins are an organic food substance found only in living things that is humans, animals and plants.

It is recommended that a good daily diet consists of fresh fruit, vegetable, cereal and meat. It is essential for us to have a good varied diet to obtain nutrients so we need to grow, fight off diseases and viruses, and basically to live a healthier life. There are many different kinds of vitamins. Here are some:

Vitamin B6 has various functions such as to aids in fat and carbohydrate metabolism, acts in the formation of red blood cells, maintains normal central nervous system and many more.

Vitamins B12 are naturally found in animal’s products such as fish, milk and milk products, eggs, meat and poultry.

Commonly known as ascorbic acid are Vitamin C. They are many found in citrus fruits, berries, melons, tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli, green peppers, dark green leafy vegetables and cabbages.

Vitamin D is stored in our body fat. The major functions of vitamin D are to increase the efficiency of intestinal calcium absorption and utilization the calcium required for bon and teeth formation.

Deficiency in vitamin K is very rare. An individual who suffers from deficiencies of vitamin K usually have an increased tendency to bruising and hemorrhaging (bleeding).

Vitamins are organic substances required for a healthy life. It also plays an important role in the metabolism of fat, i.e. weight loss and other fat burning pathways. Weightloss vitamins consists of vitamins B1, B2, B3 B6 and B12.
